By removing phenolic resins from the supply chain and replacing them with organic resins, BioCarbon Laminates reduce the use of harsher chemicals without compromising durability, hygiene, fire performance, or longevity.
The result is a safer, cleaner laminate suited to people-focused environments such as healthcare, education, washrooms, and public spaces — with lower chemical impact and no performance trade-off.
Fire Performance
Our solid grade laminates are fire retardant as standard of Euroclass B-s2, d0 in accordance with EN 438-7:2005. We are able to supply B,-s1,d0 at an additional cost.
Anti-Bacterial and Anti-Microbial protection
Our laminates provide antibacterial protection with the added protection of an innovative antimicrobial surface nanotechnology designed to actively inhibit the spread of micro-organisms, killing 99% of bacteria.
